History A part of Tamworth’s history since the early 1900’s, the band is frequently called upon for public performances at important events.
These may include official openings, parades and festivals, Anzac ceremonies, weddings and funerals.
We also provide same to a number of local charities, to help them with their fund raising efforts, and provide tuition to anybody who wishes to learn the Scottish Pipes and Drums.
A Strong emphasis is placed on giving back to our community, which really get behind their local pipe band at every opportunity.
It is also with a great deal of pride, that we are able to raise the profile of Tamworth outside the local area, at a number of festivals and competitions.
